The Silent B - ep. 1

Welcome to The Silent B! A story about being a monogamous bisexual in Israel.

Abigail- a 27 years old workaholic coffee-addicted girly whose life shifts depending on who she chooses to date: John, the equally-ambitious office friend, or Lana, the free-spirited barista from Abby's favorite café.

While the characters are hand-drawn, the backgrounds are actual photographs, capturing real moments in Tel Aviv where (most) of the story takes place.

Available Content (spoilers?): 

• Ep. 1 - How it Begins: Abigail wakes up in her apartment, chooses what to wear, how to spend her day and eventually who she's going out for a date with at night: Lana the barista or John the office buddy. This choice sets the stage for complex romantic dynamics throughout the game- Every future chapter will end with a choice between Lana and John.
  

Future Content (spoilers!): 

• Ep. 2 - Who we Are: A year later, Abigail and her partner (John/Lana) travel south to meet Abigail’s first-generation eastern European immigrant parents for the first time. There, Abigail is challenged with her parents old-fashioned perspective on relationships. The tension causes a pivotal fight with their partner, allowing Abigail to decide whether to stay in her current relationship or give whoever she rejected last chapter another go.
• Ep. 3 - Where we're Going: Another year passes, Abigail's partner (Lana/John) needs to move out of Tel Aviv due to their career and ask her to follow them. Abigail drags out giving an answer, since she never dreamt of leaving the city. Later that night Abigail's going to her friend Neomi's bachelorette party. Frustrated by the lewd décor and crude humor Abigail goes out for a smoke. Outside Abigail has a meaningful conversation with the drag performer on how her social circles have been treating her in lieu of her love life. After verbalizing her emotions Abigail is ready to decide whether she sees a real future with who she's with, or perhaps she'd rather run back to the arms of who she refused/left? Or maybe she'd rather be alone.
• Ep. 4 - How it Ends: About three years later, stuck outside an AM:PM without an umbrella on an unusually rainy day, Abigail is confronted by "the one that got away" (John/Lana). Regrets and 'what if' scenarios haunt Abigail as she realizes the irreversible nature of her decisions, is she truly happy with the love that she chose? Did Abby finally mature enough to stop caring how other perceive her.
